Israel; My Journey Into Balagan.
First things first; what is Balagan? Well, “balagan” is a hebrew word which basically means chaotic or messy. I use it to describe anything from my hair in the morning to the current state of the Middle East. I think it can be used to describe life in Israel perfectly.
I once read in the New York Times that people tend to go temporarily insane...

I have a tendency to think back to my past and find details I never noticed before. Recently, I’ve been thinking a lot about New York and the places I’ve been - both physically and emotionally.
Last night I was thinking about one of the last times I was in New York. I was sitting in Union Square watching kids play on a jungle gym. Eventually I got up and, as I walked through the...

Rest In Peace Terry Ware
Henry James once said; “Sorrow comes in great waves… but it rolls over us, and though it may almost smother us it leaves us on the spot and we know that if it is strong we are stronger inasmuch as it passes and we remain.” There is someone who passed away last night. This does not mean if you are hurting you will hurt people, it just means those who say hurtful things, usually don’t have a healthy, happy, or kind heart to start with.I’m sure some unkind people have spilled their toxic juices on you….AKA their anger, hurt, sadness, bitterness, cruelty,...

Do Not Be Fazed By This Post
So, you know how everyone is always writing “I was not phased by [this or that]?” Why wouldn’t they? It looks like the correct spelling. But hold onto your pantaloons bitches because it’s not! It’s “fazed.” Really. Preach it, Dictionary.com:
Faze: (v) to cause to be disturbed or disconcerted; daunt: The worst insults cannot faze him.Can be confused: faze, phase.
It’s an understandable mistake...
